Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical.
Experience: 5–10 years in design engineering, with proven project leadership.
Technical Expertise: Proficiency in CAD tools (AutoCAD).
Knowledge: Robust understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and industry standards.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
Analytical Skills: Ability to evaluate designs for performance, safety, and cost-effectiveness.
Prior work in Control Panel company will be an added advantage.

Roles and responsibilities
Manage design projects from concept through prototype, testing, and commissioning.
Ensure designs meet regulatory standards.
Work with cross-functional teams (manufacturing, quality assurance, sales).
Prepare technical drawings, specifications, and reports.
Guide junior engineers and foster skilled growth.
Analyze existing systems and propose improvements.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹65,000.00 per month
