Job Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Officer to drive sales and expand the market presence in the assigned territory. The candidate will handle field sales, customer relationships, and business development.

Key Responsibilities
Achieve monthly sales targets and business objectives.
Visit dealers, retailers, contractors, builders, and construction sites.
Generate recent leads and expand the dealer/customer network.
Promote company products and increase market penetration.
Maintain solid customer relationships and ensure regular follow-ups.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Coordinate orders, deliveries, and payment collections.
Submit regular sales and market reports.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in sales/marketing, preferably in cement or building materials.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and willing to work in the field.
Positive knowledge of the local market.
Must have a two-wheeler and valid driving licence.
