Handle sales and techno-commercial activities for LV & MV panels.
Prepare costing, quotations and techno-commercial offers in coordination with the tendering team.
Handle customer technical clarifications, tender queries and negotiations.
Coordinate with Design, Manufacturing, Finance and Tendering teams for timely execution of orders.
Manage Sales Order documentation, drawing approvals and customer inspections.
Coordinate Bank Guarantees, commercial documentation and payment follow-ups.
Coordinate with customers for erection, testing, commissioning and final handover.
Maintain accurate sales and order-related data in SAP.
Develop and maintain solid customer relationships and ensure timely resolution of customer requirements.
Educational Qualification Diploma /B tech Electrical Engineer
