Senior Manager Delivery (Medical Coding) The client is seeking a Senior Manager Delivery (Medical Coding) to lead and oversee medical coding operations in Bangalore. The role focuses on multispecialty and HCC coding, ensuring high-quality coding standards, compliance with industry regulations, and effective vendor management.

Responsibilities
Lead and manage the delivery of medical coding services across multiple specialties.
Develop and implement coding policies, procedures, and quality assurance processes.
Ensure compliance with HCC coding guidelines and other regulatory requirements.
Oversee vendor relationships, performance metrics, and contract negotiations.




Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize coding workflows and improve accuracy.
Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to coding staff.
Analyze coding data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare and present regular reports on coding performance, quality metrics, and vendor performance.

Requirements
12 to 20 years of progressive experience in medical coding, with a robust focus on multispecialty and HCC coding.
Demonstrated expertise in vendor management and delivery oversight.
In-depth knowledge of coding standards, guidelines, and regulatory requirements.
Solid analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management abilities.
