Role Overview

We are looking for energetic and technically inclined freshers to join our Service Desk team. The role involves providing first-level technical support to end-users, handling incidents and service requests, and ensuring smooth IT operations. Candidates with formal training in Microsoft Server technologies from reputed institutes are strongly preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming support requests via phone, email, and ticketing tools
Provide Level-1 troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and Microsoft environment issues
Manage user accounts, password resets, and basic Active Directory tasks
Escalate unresolved tickets to higher support levels as per defined process
Document incidents, resolutions, and maintain accurate ticket records
Follow ITIL-based processes and maintain high service quality standards




Communicate effectively with end-users and provide timely updates

Mandatory Requirements
Fresher or candidate with 01 year of experience
Formal training / certification in Microsoft Server technologies (Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, etc.) from a recognized institute
Robust understanding of basic networking concepts (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Valuable customer-handling and problem-solving attitude
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (if required)

Preferred Skills
Knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365 administration basics
Familiarity with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Freshservice, etc.)
Basic hardware troubleshooting experience
Any Microsoft certification (e.g., MD-100, AZ-900, or Windows Server related) will be an added advantage
