Position: Senior Manager – HR

Experience: 8–12 years in HR, preferably from a manufacturing/automotive industry.
Lead end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviews, selection and onboarding.
Manage core HR activities including employee relations, performance management, HR policies and employee engagement.
Handle manpower planning, retention, training & development and succession planning.
Ensure smooth HR operations, attendance, leave, payroll coordination and statutory compliance.
Manage and guide the HR team and work closely with management on HR strategies and business requirements.
Drive a positive work culture and ensure effective implementation of HR policies and processes.
