Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage teams of .NET, Android, iOS, and AI/ML Developers/Engineers.
Provide hands-on technical guidance, code-level support, and solution architecture where required.
Plan, assign, monitor, and deliver software projects within defined timelines.
Manage development of GPS tracking platforms, mobile applications, APIs, dashboards, and related solutions.
Coordinate with Management and other departments to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
Monitor application performance, bugs, system issues, and production support.
Ensure proper SDLC, coding standards, testing, deployment, documentation, and version control.
Identify recent technologies and implement solutions to improve product performance and business efficiency.
Track team productivity, project progress, and technical deliverables.

Required Skills




56 years of hands-on experience in software development and team management.
Robust practical knowledge of .NET, Android, iOS, APIs, Databases, and AI/ML.
Robust understanding of software architecture, SDLC, debugging, integration, and deployment.
Experience in managing multiple technical teams/projects.
Strong problem-solving, leadership, and decision-making skills.
Prior experience in GPS / Fleet Management / Telematics industry is highly preferred.
Ability to understand and work with GPS devices, real-time tracking, location data, APIs, mobile applications, and fleet-management platforms will be an added advantage.
