Role & responsibilities
Manage material inward, inspection coordination, GRN, and documentation.
Maintain inventory accuracy, stock rotation, and proper storage of materials.
Handle material issue and returns against BOMs and Production Orders.
Update all inventory transactions in SAP Business One (SAP B1).
Conduct physical stock verification, cycle counting, and stock reconciliation.
Monitor stock levels, shortages, and slow-moving or non-moving inventory.
Track materials sent to subcontractors and reconcile job-work records.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
Maintain 5S, housekeeping, and safety standards in the store.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, QA, and Accounts teams.
Supervise store staff and ensure timely material availability for assembly.

Preferred candidate profile




5 to 8 years of experience in stores and inventory management in engineering or manufacturing industries.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with SAP Business One (SAP B1).
Graduate or Diploma holder in Mechanical Engineering, Commerce, or Materials Management.
Solid knowledge of GRN, inventory control, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO, and material handling.
Experience in handling engineering components, bought-out parts, and subcontracting materials.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel, inventory reporting, and store documentation.
Robust coordination, team-handling, and problem-solving skills.
