Role & responsibilities
Monitor PU Moulding process parameters and quality standards.
Ensure in-process and final inspection compliance.
Monitor defects, rejection trends, and initiate timely corrective actions.
Perform root cause analysis using 5-Why, 8D, RCA, and CAPA.
Monitor SPC, MSA, Cp/Cpk, and Poka-Yoke effectiveness.
Ensure segregation, traceability, and control of NG/reworked parts.
Handle internal and customer quality concerns and prevent recurrence.
Conduct process audits and ensure PFMEA, Control Plan, SOP, and IATF 16949 compliance.
Drive Kaizen, defect reduction, and process improvement activities.
Guide and train quality inspectors and shop-floor quality manpower
