Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Recruiter with at least 2 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The candidate will be responsible for understanding hiring requirements, sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across different levels and functions.
Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Understand job descriptions and hiring requirements from clients or hiring managers.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews with candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.




Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts and joining formalities.
Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
Build and maintain a solid candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining recruitment quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; an HR qualification is preferred.
Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
Strong candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination skills.
Valuable communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet recruitment targets.
Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach.
