Operate sewing machines to stitch garment components as per the given specifications.
Follow approved samples, operation methods, and work instructions.
Achieve daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
Check stitching quality, seam strength, measurements, and finishing.
Identify and report stitching defects to the Team Leader or Quality Checker.
Maintain the required stitch type, SPI (Stitches Per Inch), and seam allowance.
Follow safety procedures while operating sewing machines.
Keep the workstation, machine, and surrounding area clean and organized.
Report machine breakdowns and needle damage immediately to the concerned person.
Avoid fabric wastage and ensure proper handling of garment materials.
Follow 5S practices and maintain workplace discipline.
Cooperate with the Team Leader and Quality Department to improve productivity and quality
