Job Title: Salesforce (SFDC) Developer
Core Purpose: Translate business requirements into secure, scalable, and customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. [1, 2]
Experience Level: 3 to 5 years of software development experience. [1, 2]

Key Responsibilities
Custom Development: Write clean, high-quality code using Apex (classes, triggers, and asynchronous processes) and build interactive user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC) or Visualforce. [1, 2, 3]
Platform Configuration: Create custom objects, fields, validation rules, page layouts, and configure automated workflows using Salesforce Flows. [1, 2]
System Integration: Integrate Salesforce with external web services and third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs. [1, 2]
Testing & Debugging: Perform unit testing, troubleshoot production errors,



and participate in peer code reviews. [1, 2]
Collaboration: Work alongside business analysts, product managers, and administrators to define project objectives and technical specifications. [1, 2]

Required Skills & Qualifications
Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. [1, 2]
Technical Stack:
Proficiency in Apex, SOQL/SOSL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS.
Solid understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and data modeling. [1, 2, 3]
Certifications (Preferred/Required):
Salesforce Certified Administrator
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (and II preferred) [1, 2]
