Job Overview

ALIMS School of Business is looking for a proactive and organized Placement Coordinator to manage placement activities, coordinate with companies and students, and support the successful execution of recruitment drives.

Key Responsibilities
Coordinate placement activities and recruitment drives for students.
Develop and maintain relationships with companies and recruiters.
Communicate with HR teams regarding job openings, interviews, and placement requirements.
Coordinate interviews, aptitude tests, group discussions, and other selection processes.
Guide students regarding job opportunities, interviews, and placement procedures.
Maintain placement records, student databases, and recruitment-related documentation.
Follow up with companies and students throughout the recruitment process.
Organize campus recruitment drives, career guidance sessions, and placement-related events.
Prepare placement reports and provide regular updates to management.
Support students in resume preparation, interview preparation,



and qualified communication.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/HR or related qualification is preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong coordination and organizational abilities.
Ability to communicate professionally with companies, students, and management.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Previous experience in placement coordination, HR, recruitment, or education industry is preferred.
Freshers with strong communication and coordination skills may also apply.
