Position - Shift In Charge- Mining

Experience: 3+ Years

Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech Mining Engineering

Certification: 2nd Class Mines Managers Certificate (R-CMR) – Mandatory

Job Purpose

To support the Project/Production Manager in achieving coal production and OB removal targets while ensuring protected, effective and compliant mining operations through effective deployment of manpower, machinery and other resources.

Key Responsibilities




Manage shift-wise coal production & OB removal operations.
Ensure protected deployment of HEMM, manpower and mining resources.
Coordinate with Mechanical, Electrical, Auto-Electrical, Blasting & Excavation teams.
Monitor mine safety, haul roads, traffic discipline and statutory compliance.
Handle equipment breakdowns, emergencies and ensure effective shift handover.
Maintain shift reports, logbooks and operational records.
