We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef de Partie (CDP) specializing in South Indian Cuisine to join our culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the South Indian section, ensuring the authentic preparation and high-quality presentation of traditional dishes like dosas, idlis, vadas, sambar, and regional curries. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge of South Indian spices, batter fermentation techniques, and volume cooking, while maintaining strict kitchen hygiene standards.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
