Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a range of South Indian dishes, including but not limited to dosas, idlis, sambar, and various curries.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service during peak hours.
Assist in menu planning and development, contributing ideas for new dishes and specials.




Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff, sharing knowledge of South Indian cooking techniques and recipes.
