We are looking for a smart, confident, and experienced Senior Telecaller to handle our Collection Department and manage a team of around 30 collection executives.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and monitor the daily performance of the collection team.
Handle SAM-related collection activities and follow-up processes.
Ensure achievement of team collection targets and productivity.
Guide, motivate, and support executives in handling customer calls and collection cases.
Provide training and onboarding support to new joiners.
Monitor calling, follow-ups, PTPs, and collection performance.
Identify performance gaps and take corrective actions.
Escalate significant or difficult cases to the concerned management.




Maintain proper coordination with the operations and management teams.

Candidate Profile
Prior experience in SAM / Collection / Telecalling, preferably in Two-Wheeler or Vehicle Finance.
Experience in handling or supervising a team is preferred.
Smart, confident, and good at communication.
Solid team-handling and problem-solving skills.
Ability to train and motivate new and existing team members.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
