Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Telecalling Executive to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and achieve business targets. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, customer-handling abilities, and experience in managing calling activities.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
Generate leads and follow up with prospective customers to convert them into business opportunities.
Explain company products, services, and offers clearly to customers.
Maintain regular follow-ups with existing and potential customers.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets.
Maintain accurate customer information, call records, and follow-up details in the CRM or Excel.
Handle customer objections, queries, and complaints effectively.




Monitor and support junior telecalling executives to improve team performance, where required.
Prepare daily calling reports and share performance updates with the reporting manager.
Ensure professional communication and maintain good customer relationships.

Required Skills
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills.
Solid customer-handling and negotiation abilities.
Positive follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, and CRM tools.
Ability to work independently and achieve targets.
Leadership and team coordination skills.

Eligibility Criteria
Any Degree is required.
2–4 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer support.
Candidates with team-handling experience will be preferred.
Immediate joiners are preferred.
