Welcome and greet customers and visitors professionally.
Attend incoming calls and direct them to the concerned department.
Understand customer requirements and guide them
Inform Sales Consultants about current customer walk-ins.
Manage customer appointments and enquiries.
Maintain customer/visitor records and daily walk-in reports.
Provide basic information about vehicles, showroom facilities and processes.
Coordinate with Sales, Service and CRM teams.
Handle basic customer queries and escalate complaints when required.
Make follow-up/reminder calls to customers when required.
Maintain a clean, organized and qualified reception area.
Assist with basic computer work, data entry, Excel and email.
Ensure excellent customer service and a positive first impression.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
