Manage day-to-day store operations for raw materials (RM), packaging materials (PM), and finished goods (FG).
Ensure proper receipt, inspection, storage, and issuance of materials.
Maintain accurate stock records and reconcile physical inventory with system records.
Follow FIFO (First In, First Out) and FEFO (First Expiry, First Out) procedures wherever applicable.
Ensure timely issuance of materials to production and other departments against authorized requisitions.
Monitor stock levels and report shortages, excess stock, damaged materials, and discrepancies.
Maintain proper material identification, storage conditions, housekeeping, and inventory documentation.
Coordinate with production, purchase, quality, and dispatch teams for smooth material movement.
Support periodic physical stock verification and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable quality and safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile Required Skills: Inventory management, store operations, stock reconciliation, FIFO/FEFO practices, documentation, MS Excel, and team coordination.

Experience: Proven experience in store or inventory management within the Food Processing Industry or FMCG sector.
