Sales & Revenue Generation: Develop strategies to meet or exceed sales quotas, analyze performance data/KPIs, and implement in-store promotional campaigns.
Staff Management: Recruit, train, schedule, and mentor staff. Handle performance evaluations, resolve conflicts, and foster a motivated work workplace.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, coordinate with vendors, oversee regular stocktaking, and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
Customer Service: Set service standards, ensure high levels of customer satisfaction, and resolve complex or escalated complaints professionally.
Operations & Budgeting: Manage store budgets, oversee cash handling and daily reconciliations, and handle opening/closing procedures.
Loss Prevention & Compliance: Implement security measures to reduce shrinkage. Ensure store safety standards and local labor laws are strictly followed
Should have knowledge in calculating UPT, ABV and other metrics.
Should should good english skills
