Hiring Sr HR Executive
Malayalam candidates preferred qualification - MBA
Recruitment: Manage the hiring process, including sourcing, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and onboarding recent employees.
Employee Relations: Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries, conflict resolution, and grievance handling.
Administration: Maintain physical and digital personnel records, draft employment contracts, and gather data for payroll processing.
Performance & Training: Administer performance appraisal systems and coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
Compliance: Ensure all company policies align with local labor laws and employment regulations.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
