Luminarch Builders Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Site Engineer – Civil to supervise construction activities and ensure that work is carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project schedules.

Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor daily construction activities at the site.
Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings and specifications.
Monitor construction quality and workmanship.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, suppliers, and project teams.
Check materials and ensure proper usage at the site.
Monitor project progress and report updates to management.
Identify and resolve site-related issues.
Ensure proper execution of structural and finishing works.
Maintain daily site records and progress reports.




Follow required safety standards and site procedures.

Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Good knowledge of residential construction and site activities.
Solid technical and site supervision skills.
Good communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to read and understand construction drawings.
Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage site activities and workforce effectively.
Experienced candidates will be preferred.
