Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with business and growth goals.
Grow and manage channels including

LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, Reddit, Tiktok and other relevant platforms

.
Coordinate with designers and video editors to create engaging visuals, images, and videos for social media campaigns.
Create engaging written, visual, video, and interactive content around product features, use cases, customer stories, and industry trends.
Build and nurture communities across

Reddit, LinkedIn, Product Hunt, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack, Discord

, and relevant industry communities.
Use

AI tools for content ideation, research, content creation, repurposing, and productivity while maintaining brand authenticity.
Track and optimize key metrics including follower growth, engagement, reach, traffic, signups, and conversions

Monitor competitors, trends, and social conversations to identify new growth prospects.




Collaborate with

Marketing, Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams on integrated campaigns.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in social media marketing, community building, and audience growth.
Proven experience growing social presence for

SaaS, technology, startups, or digital-first brands

.
Robust understanding of

LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Instagram, and Reddit

.
Solid copywriting, storytelling, communication, and content strategy skills.
Experience with social media management and analytics tools.
Familiarity with

AI-powered content and marketing tools

.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to test, analyze, and optimize strategies.
Portfolio or case studies demonstrating measurable social media or community growth.
