Role Title: Software Engineer Python Backend Developer

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend applications using Python, Django, and Flask.
Build and integrate RESTful APIs and backend services for business-critical applications.
Optimise database performance, queries, and schema design across relational databases.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and frontend developers to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions.

Core Requirements
2 to 4 years of qualified software development experience.
Robust hands-on experience with Python and Django/Flask,



including REST API development.
Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, MS SQL, or MySQL, including query optimisation and database design.
Working knowledge of React or Angular, Git, testing practices, debugging, and software development lifecycle concepts.

Preferred Skills
Exposure to Generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, LangChain/LangGraph, embeddings, or vector databases.
Experience integrating OpenAI or Azure OpenAI APIs.
Familiarity with Docker, Azure Cloud, CI/CD, GraphQL, or microservices architecture.
