How you'll make an impact
Define and maintain the IAM target architecture, technical standards, and multi-year roadmaps.
Ensure alignment with Enterprise Architecture, Security Architecture, and broader technology strategy.
Lead architecture reviews and approvals for IAM initiatives, projects, and platform changes.
Design scalable solutions across Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), authentication, Privileged Access Management (PAM), directory services, identity security, and CIAM.
Establish integration standards leveraging APIs, LDAP, SCIM, SAML, OAuth 2.0, and OpenID Connect (OIDC).
Provide sizing, estimation, and capacity planning for IAM programs, platform upgrades, and onboarding initiatives.
Drive IAM modernization, cloud adoption, automation, and platform rationalization.
Evaluate emerging identity technologies, industry practices, and security frameworks and provide architectural recommendations.
Partner with Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Application, and Engineering teams to ensure successful delivery of IAM capabilities.
Support audit, compliance, and risk management initiatives from an architecture perspective.
Develop and maintain architecture documentation, design patterns, reference architectures,



and engineering best practices.
Provide architectural guidance and technical mentorship to engineering and delivery teams.

What you'll bring

Skills Required
8+ years of experience in Identity & Access Management, Security Architecture, Identity Engineering, or Enterprise Architecture.
Solid expertise in IAM architecture and solution design, enterprise architecture alignment, Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), authentication, SSO, MFA and federation, Privileged Access Management (PAM), directory services and identity infrastructure, identity security and Zero Trust, and CIAM / external identity.
Experience with One Identity, SailPoint, Saviynt, Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, BeyondTrust, and Active Directory.
Solid knowledge of SAML, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SCIM, LDAP, APIs, and cloud identity services.
Experience with architecture governance, technology roadmaps, and platform lifecycle management.
Robust stakeholder management, communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities.

Note: Meditech/Healthcare domain experience is added advantage
