Role & responsibilities
Monitor daily production activities to achieve production targets as per the plan.
Operate and supervise production processes, including extrusion, lamination, printing, tube making and finishing.
Ensure product quality, process control and adherence to SOPs.
Monitor machine performance, minimize downtime and reduce material wastage.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, 5S practices and quality requirements.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores and Planning departments for smooth production operations.
Maintain production records, shift reports and rejection data.
Preferred candidate profile Experience in manufacturing, preferably in plastic packaging, laminated tubes or adaptable packaging.
