Key Responsibilities:-
Drive store sales and achieve monthly revenue targets.
Ensure high standards of customer service and brand experience.
Manage daily store operations (opening/closing, cash handling, audits)
Control costs: food cost, beverage cost, wastage, and manpower.
Lead, train, and develop the store team
Ensure SOP adherence and operational excellence
Maintain hygiene, safety, and compliance standardsManage inventory, ordering, and vendor coordinationAnalyze store performance and implement improvement plans
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
