Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and supervise construction/site activities.
Coordinate with contractors, workers, and vendors at the site.
Ensure work is carried out as per drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor daily work progress and maintain site records.
Assist in measurements, material requirements, and quantity tracking.
Ensure proper utilization of materials and manpower.
Identify and report site issues to the reporting manager.
Ensure compliance with safety procedures at the site.
Skills Required:
Basic knowledge of construction and site execution.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
Willingness to work at construction/project sites.
Ability to manage multiple site activities and meet deadlines.
Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply
