Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
Build robust microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Work with MongoDB for effective data storage and retrieval.
Collaborate with frontend developers, product managers, and QA teams for end-to-end feature delivery.
Integrate and work on Gen AI-based solutions/features within the platform.
Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices
Troubleshoot production issues and ensure system stability
Required Skills
Solid proficiency in Java
Hands-on experience with Spring Boot
Experience working with MongoDB
Mandatory exposure to or working knowledge of Generative AI (Gen AI)
Good understanding of REST APIs and microservices architecture
Knowledge of data structures, algorithms, and backend design principles
Experience with Elasticsearch
Exposure to cloud platforms/services
Understanding of distributed systems and scalable architecture
Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, web servers, and gateways.
Knowledge of LLM Models, RAG Pipelines and Current Age Coding Agents
