Position: Site Engineer / Project Manager Civil Construction

About the Role

Rohan Corporation is looking for a skilled and motivated Site Engineer / Project Manager with experience in civil construction to oversee site activities, manage project execution, and ensure projects are completed within the specified timelines, budget, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage day-to-day civil construction site activities.
Plan, schedule, and monitor project progress to ensure timely completion.
Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants, vendors, and site workers.
Ensure construction work complies with approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor material requirements, manpower allocation, and equipment utilization.
Prepare daily progress reports, site measurements, and project documentation.




Ensure compliance with safety regulations and construction practices.
Identify and resolve site-related technical and execution issues.
Monitor project costs and minimize material wastage.
Coordinate with management and provide regular project updates.

Eligibility Criteria
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Civil Engineering.
Relevant experience in civil construction projects.
Positive knowledge of construction methods, drawings, estimation, and site execution.
Robust leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to manage site teams and meet project deadlines.
Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning tools will be an advantage.
