Responsibilities
Lead structural PMC, site supervision and QA/QC.
Oversee RCC, basement and structural steel works.
Independently check levels, coordinates, alignment and setting-out using survey instruments.
Read and interpret architectural and structural GFC drawings.
Proactively identify drawing discrepancies, raise RFIs and resolve ambiguities to avoid site delays.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors and site teams.
Monitor construction quality and report progress.
Requirements:
B.Tech Civil with 15+ years' experience.
Expertise in high-rise construction and structural PMC.
Hands-on experience with Auto Level, Total Station and site surveying
