We are looking for a Hospital PRO to manage patient relations, hospital coordination, and doctor/referral relationships.
Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹38,000/month
Qualification: Graduate / Hospital Management / Healthcare Management
Experience: 3–5 years in hospital PRO, patient relations, or healthcare business development preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient & attendant coordination
IPD/OPD enquiry and admission support
Doctor & referral source coordination
Patient follow-ups and feedback
Corporate/TPA coordination
Support hospital marketing and business development
Maintain daily reports and follow-ups
Skills: Excellent communication, patient handling, networking, follow-up, and relationship management. Job Types: Full time, Permanent
