Job Title: Social Media Manager

Job Summary The Social Media Manager will own social media execution across YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X. The role covers content publishing, audience growth, community management, lead generation, content distribution, analytics and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Own the YouTube publishing calendar.
Manage long-form videos, Shorts, podcasts and interviews.
Optimize titles, thumbnails, descriptions, chapters, metadata, playlists, end screens and cards.
Track subscribers, watch time, retention, CTR, traffic sources and monetization.
Manage Instagram Reels, carousels, static posts, Stories and community engagement.
Manage Facebook video and Reels distribution.
Publish startup news, founder stories and business content on LinkedIn.
Publish timely news and stories on X.
Monitor comments, DMs, mentions and tags.
Qualify incoming leads and enquiries.
Conduct targeted online outreach through LinkedIn, Instagram and X.
Repurpose long-form content into Shorts, Reels, posts, clips and community content.
Prepare weekly and monthly analytics reports.
Coordinate with research,



editorial, production, video, design, partnerships and leadership teams.

Required Skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media Management.
Hands-on experience managing multiple social media platforms.
Solid experience with YouTube channel management, analytics and audience growth.
Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and X.
Strong understanding of content calendars and end-to-end publishing.
Experience with community management, comments, DMs and audience engagement.
Experience with social media lead generation and online outreach.
Knowledge of YouTube monetization, RPM, CPM and revenue metrics.
Solid understanding of social media analytics and performance reporting.
Ability to repurpose content across multiple platforms and formats.
Solid TAT, execution, communication and coordination skills.

Good To Have
Digital media/startup experience.
YouTube monetization experience.
Experience generating qualified leads through social platforms.
Experience with editorial/news content.
