Client Management
2.Coordination & Follow-ups: Liaise with contractors, project managers, and the finance team to explicit vendor invoices and secure timely payments.
3.Software: Solid command of MS Excel
4.Technical Skills: Proficiency in reading engineering drawings, preparing Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and understanding tender terms.
Generate Running Account (RA) bills, interim bills, and final project bills for clients and subcontractors based on the Bill of Quantities (BOQ).
6.Site Measurement: Take and verify physical on-site measurements with site engineers to ensure claims match completed work
7.Rate Analysis: Calculate rates for extra or non-BOQ items and perform material reconciliation
Experience : 6 to 8 Years
Job Types: Full time, Permanent Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
