Required Technical Skills




Minimum 6+ years of relevant experience in cash handling equipment or banking automation products.

Strong hands-on experience with:
Currency Counting Machines
Value Counters
Currency Sorters
Counterfeit Note Detectors
Note Authentication Systems
Cash Processing / Cash Management Equipment
Good knowledge and hands on experience of electronics, sensors, motors, PCB boards, CIS/UV/MG/IR technologies and mechanical assemblies.
Ability to read and understand basic circuit diagrams, wiring diagrams and technical manuals.
Robust troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Experience in installation & servicing.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with service management/reporting systems.
Ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
