Position: Software Operations Assistant

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Roles & Responsibilities
Operate the SetGo app and company software for business profile creation and updates.
Enter and manage merchant details, products, services, prices and promotional offers.
Upload business photographs, product images and promotional creatives.
Check profiles for missing information, incorrect details and formatting issues.
Use MS Excel to maintain records, track completed work and manage pending tasks.
Identify software-related issues and report them to the concerned team.
Follow standard operating procedures and ensure smooth daily operations.
Complete a daily target of 15 business profiles and submit work reports.

Qualifications & Skills
Minimum qualification: Degree.




Positive computer knowledge and the ability to learn recent software quickly.
Advanced MS Excel knowledge, including formulas, sorting, filtering and data management.
Fast and accurate typing skills.
Basic image editing and digital content uploading skills.
Positive troubleshooting, organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and meet daily targets.

Preferred Candidate: A tech-savvy graduate with advanced Excel skills who can operate company software confidently, manage business data accurately and resolve routine operational issues. Pay: ₹12,000.00 per month
