Role & responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
Explain SBI Credit Card products, features, and advantages.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable credit card options.
Follow up with interested customers and generate conversions.
Handle customer queries professionally.
Maintain accurate call and customer records.
Achieve assigned daily/monthly calling and sales targets.
Coordinate with the team for application processing and follow-ups.
Preferred candidate profile
6 months to 1 year of experience in telecalling, telesales, credit card sales, BPO, or customer service.
Valuable communication and convincing skills.
Basic knowledge of computers.
Target-oriented and confident personality.
Ability to work from the office.
Hindi and English communication skills preferred.
