Job Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers for the sale of luxury 3 BHK flats at Opera Garden.
Handle incoming inquiries from property portals, social media, advertisements, and other marketing campaigns.
Explain project features, amenities, pricing, offers, and payment plans to prospective buyers.
Generate qualified leads and schedule site visits for interested customers.
Follow up regularly with potential buyers to convert inquiries into site visits and sales.
Maintain daily calling reports, customer databases, and lead status in CRM/Excel.
Coordinate with the sales and marketing team for customer meetings and bookings.




Build positive customer relationships and achieve monthly calling and lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements
Graduate or 12th pass with good communication skills.
Minimum 6 months to 2 years of telecalling experience preferred.
Real estate telecalling experience will be an added advantage.
Fluent in Hindi and Punjabi; basic English communication skills.
Valuable convincing, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Confident, qualified, and target-oriented personality.
