The Role

We need an HR & Admin Executive to own our hiring process and keep day-to-day HR and office operations running smoothly. About 90% of the role is recruitment and 10% is office administration.

Recruitment (≈90%)
Work with hiring managers to understand requirements and create or update JDs
Find candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases
Screen resumes, run HR screening calls, and shortlist suitable profiles
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and panel members
Keep the recruitment tracker updated and share regular pipeline status
Follow up on interview feedback, offers, and joining status




Handle salary discussions, offer rollout, and joining documentation

Office Administration (≈10%)
Look after the pantry: tea/coffee, snacks, drinking water, and supplies stock
Make sure housekeeping keeps the office clean and organised
Manage stationery, courier, printing, and filing
Supervise the office boy and assign daily tasks

What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
1–2 years in recruitment and HR/office administration
Sound knowledge of sourcing methods and job portals
Robust communication and coordination skills
Positive command of MS Office, especially Excel
Ability to juggle hiring and admin tasks
Basic understanding of HR documentation and labour laws

Positive to Have
Prior experience in an IT company
Exposure to ATS/HRMS tools

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
