Team Leader – RCM
Experience: 2 to 5 years in US Healthcare RCM
Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the RCM team to achieve productivity and quality targets.
Monitor daily performance, SLA, TAT, and process compliance.
Handle AR follow-up, denial management, and claim resolution.
Provide team coaching, performance feedback, and process guidance.
Prepare MIS reports and manage client escalations.
Ensure process efficiency and achieve business targets.
Required Skills:
Solid knowledge of US Healthcare RCM and Medical Billing.
Valuable leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and team management skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting.
