Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Store In-Charge to manage the day-to-day store operations for our media organization. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory, managing stock receipts and issues, ensuring proper documentation, and coordinating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations and maintain proper stock records.
Receive, inspect, and verify materials and supplies.
Issue materials to employees and departments based on approved requests.
Maintain inward and outward registers and update inventory records.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate for timely replenishment.
Conduct regular physical stock verification and reconcile discrepancies.
Maintain proper storage, safety, and organization of materials.
Coordinate with the Purchase, Accounts, Production, and other departments.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock reports.
Ensure proper documentation of invoices,



delivery challans, and other store-related records.
Prevent stock shortages, damages, and unauthorized material issues.

Required Qualifications
Any Degree or Diploma in a relevant field.
1–3 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or store operations.
Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and inventory management systems.
Positive organizational, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to maintain accurate records and handle multiple tasks.

Preferred Skills
Experience in a media, newspaper, printing, or publishing organization is preferred.
Knowledge of stock registers, inventory control, and material management.
Honest, responsible, and detail-oriented approach to work.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
