US Payroll Specialist

Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad

Shift: US Night Shift

Experience: 3+ Years (Mandatory)

Key Responsibilities
Process US W2, temporary, and hourly employee payroll.
Manage payroll using Paychex, ADP, and QuickBooks.
Handle payroll taxes, perks invoices, and reconciliations.
Maintain payroll records and conduct periodic audits.
Support US state payroll registrations, tax filings, and compliance requirements.
Coordinate payroll activities for H1B, OPT, and other W2 employees.

Required Skills
Mandatory: Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience running US payroll.
Solid understanding of H1B, OPT/STEM OPT, W2 payroll taxes, and employer compliance requirements.
Knowledge of US federal and state payroll taxes, state registrations, withholding, and unemployment insurance requirements.
Experience with Paychex, ADP, QuickBooks, and MS Excel.
Solid communication, accuracy, and confidentiality.
Bachelor's or Master's degree.

Preferred: Experience handling multi-state payroll for US IT staffing and consulting companies. Note: Candidates without direct US payroll processing experience will not be considered.
