:
Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers, suppliers, and business enquiries.
Send skilled emails, quotations, company introductions, and follow-up messages.
Make follow-up calls to prospective and existing customers.
Maintain customer databases, call records, and enquiry details.
Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements and pending enquiries.
Explain company products and services to potential customers.
Generate leads and maintain regular communication with clients.
Handle basic administrative and communication-related tasks as required.

Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office and email handling.
Valuable telephone etiquette and professional email-writing skills.
Ability to manage multiple calls and follow-ups efficiently.
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Salary: ₹17,000–₹20,000 per month, depending on experience.
