Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience and job requirements.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Manage candidate follow-ups, salary discussions and offer negotiations.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Manage bulk hiring for retail or operational roles where required
Handle mid-level and senior lateral hiring
Requirements
Graduate degree required. MBA in HR preferred
1 to 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition
Experience in retail, manufacturing, hospitality, or consumer industry preferred
Familiarity with ATS or HRMS tools such as Keka or Zoho is an advantage.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
Salary upto 30k
