Roles and Responsibility
Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for students.
Provide individualized attention and mentorship to help students achieve their goals.
Create engaging lesson plans and study materials to enhance student learning.
Evaluate student progress and offer constructive feedback.
Collaborate with other trainers and staff to develop curriculum and instructional strategies.
Stay updated with industry trends and developments to improve training programs.

Job Requirements
Proven experience in training and mentoring, preferably in a related field.
Solid knowledge of Tnpsc concepts and principles.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of students and staff.
Solid organizational and time management skills.
Adaptability to changing circumstances and priorities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month

TNPSC / Competitive Exams Trainer: 1 year (Preferred)
