About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to manage end-to-end UAE/Gulf hiring across IT and Non-IT roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good knowledge of the UAE talent market, and the ability to manage multiple mandates independently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end UAE/Gulf recruitment for IT & Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, databases and referrals .
Screen and shortlist candidates based on client requirements.
Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, offers, documentation and closures.




Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future requirements.
Handle multiple vacancies and clients simultaneously while meeting targets and TATs .
Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.
Ensure smooth coordination between candidates, clients and internal teams.

Requirements
4+ years of experience in recruitment/TA , preferably in UAE/Gulf hiring.
Experience handling IT & Non-IT recruitment .
Robust sourcing and candidate management skills.
Good understanding of the UAE/Gulf talent market will be an advantage.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented, proactive and comfortable working in a rapid-paced environment.
