Role & responsibilities
Manage daily car rental and fleet operations.
Coordinate vendors, vehicles and drivers.
Manage vehicle allocation, tracking and dispatch.
Monitor service quality and vendor performance.
Resolve operational and customer issues.
Handle vendor negotiations and cost control.
Coordinate billing and payment-related activities.
Manage the operations team and improve processes.
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate with 4- 8 years of experience .
Solid vendor and team management skills.
Positive knowledge of vehicle tracking and fleet operations.
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Positive knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational reports.
Candidates from car rental, travel, transport or mobility companies preferred.
