Job Responsibility
Make outbound calls or answer inbound queries using structured scripts.
Qualify leads and nurture prospective leads through follow-up calls.
Update call reports and information and in the company's CRM System.
Required skills:
Diploma or 12th pass or equivalent.
Transparent verbal skills and active listening abilities.(Fluency in English and Kannada)
Basic computer literacy and data entry skills.
