MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS -
Robust understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.

JOB ROLES &

RESPONSIBILITIES -
Track market movements and identify opportunities, risks, and anomalies.
Work closely with senior traders and the broader trading team to ensure smooth execution and monitoring of trades.
Support trade execution and order management as responsibilities evolve.
Analyse trading data and market trends to identify potential trading opportunities.
Assist in developing, testing, and refining trading strategies over time.
Monitor risk, positions, P&L;, and adherence to trading limits.




Maintain solid discipline around trade processes, controls, and risk management.
Collaborate with technology, risk, operations, and other stakeholders to improve trading workflows.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE
2–6 years of experience in trading, trade monitoring, execution, or a closely related role.
Strong understanding of financial markets and trading concepts.
Good analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to interpret market data.
Strong attention to detail and ability to make decisions in a fast-paced setting.
Exposure to trade execution, market making, proprietary trading, or systematic/discretionary strategies would be an advantage.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
